We understand the appropriateness of each course we teach for the different levels of an organization, and will guide everyone progressively through their Lean Agile career.

We understand that everyone learns at a different pace and coaching and mentoring are an integral part of a successful change management initiative. We mentor and support Product Management (PM) and Product Owner (PO) roles in lean-agile tools and techniques to prepare backlogs for Program Increment (PI) Planning.
We mentor and support Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers (RTE’s) during PI planning and execution, ceremonies, and the building of high-performance teams. We coach the coaches on lean agile principles and practices and how to best apply them in different environments.

We consult, advise, and facilitate value stream identification and mapping, ART launches, alignment and optimization, Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) ceremonies, retrospectives and problem-solving workshops in the spirit of continuous improvement.
We consult, train, and coach on prioritization methodologies, backlog refinement techniques, and estimating effort. We advise on capacity planning and allocation practices at every level.
