New teams to #scrum and agile practices and principles are often challenged with understanding the different ceremonies. Sometimes, teams that have been doing it a while might even need a little refresher – we all have a tendency of getting complacent at times after all.

I have put together a cheat sheet to guide and remind us all of what is expected in these events and how to best get through them. While variation is often key to keeping these ceremonies fresh and keeping our teams engaged, this guiding cheat sheet will help you ensure that the process and outcomes remain intact.
