refund policy
Full refunds will be issued for cancellations greater than 30 days from the start of the in-person training course but are subject to a $100 processing charge. Registrants may change to a future training course of equal or lesser value for cancellations 8 days or more from the start of the course.
No refund will be issued or changes allowed for cancellations within 7 days from the start of an instructor led course or for any self-study or eLearning course.
