This highly interactive 4-hour course provides the Agile Team Member with a scalable methodology to create and estimate team level work. Attendees will practice multiple ways to effectively write descriptive stories and acceptance criteria as well as how to work through estimation practices as a team. Different considerations will be reviewed and applied to gain greater accuracy in the estimation process. Attendees will also be given the opportunity to expand the way their team applies estimation techniques to sprint planning in a more constructive, efficient, and engaging way.
