Not everyone is a natural communicator. Most people think they are great communicators but often it is one way. Other times, we are challenged by our friends and colleagues by accents, dialects, and non-native language. In an ever changing and diverse business environment, this 4-hour communication course has been the difference for those being challenged to take the next step and communicate more effectively.

This engaging and interactive course provides attendees with the opportunity to improve upon not only their verbal communication skills but their ability to listen as well. Attendees will practice active listening and responding, verbal interactions, and review many common communication biases and beliefs on their journey to becoming more effective communicators, personally and professionally.
