He has designed, implemented, and supported numerous training events and led transformations into Lean, Agile, Digital, and Scaled Agility. Aaron coaches with enthusiasm and empathy while helping establish ART’s, LACE’s, COP’s, and virtual reorganizations.

Aaron has a Masters in Adult Education, Bachelors in Business Administration and Finance, and an Associates in Hospitality Management, along with dozens of related certifications. Most recently Aaron has earned and trains certification courses in Lean Six Sigma, Agility Leader (SA), Agile Practitioner (SP), Agile Software Engineer (ASE), Agile Scrum Master (SSM), Agile Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), Agile Release Train Engineer (RTE), Lean Portfolio Manager (LPM), Agile DevOps Practitioner (SDP), Agile Product Management (APM), Agile Business Architecture (ARCH), Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), and Agile Practice Consultant (SPC).
