PROGRAM INCREMENT PLANNING EVENT CHECKLIST

Program Increment Planning (PIP) is an event that #scaledagile and #SAFe teams use to define and plan the work for the upcoming 10-12 weeks. Often, Scrum Masters and Product Owners forget key things that are deliverable to their organizations throughout this event. In order to make you and them more successful I have put together a checklist outlining the key activities they should look to accomplish before, during, and after the event. While not fully comprehensive (I have left out PIP ceremonies like the sync meetings) this checklist cheat sheet should provide you ample preparation to successfully carry out a PIPe.
