2023: A YEAR IN REVIEW

It turned out to be a great 2023 for A.C.E.S, LLC as we increased our course offerings, improved through new and existing partnerships, took our brand to new continents, and provided exceptional service to more companies across the United States, with company year-over-year growth at 85%.

We saw a new version of the #ScaledAgileFramework get released, offering updates focused primarily on business agility. This update provided each of our #SAFe clients with improved and timely skillsets and certification offerings that helped transform their organization from agile ways of working to agile across the enterprise. While SAFe 6.0 encompassed many other updates, business agility was the benefit most of our clientele sought to implement, and implement we did.

Additionally, we saw several updates and new courses within the #ISO space. We now provide ISO courses in several languages including English, French, German, Portuguese, and Spanish. Our #cybersecurity offerings have expanded, and many other courses were updated to current standards.

A.C.E.S, LLC also expanded into more regions across the globe, filling an oft requested need from clientele across several countries. We are now serving customers and clients across three continents and 83 countries, hoping to expand further as needs arise. Lastly, with our customers always in mind, we have continued to improve our own skillsets and experiences, setting ourselves up to be leading experts within our fields. Our coaching and consulting successes with our clients have led to widespread referrals which have fueled our growth and provided opportunities for expansion. Always with our clients’ goals in mind, we will continue to look for ways to improve, expand, and seek perfection in what we do, so our customers can relentlessly improve themselves and their organizations.
